I just keep hitting stupid and useless things to talk about, don’t I? But some of them are just too stupid and useless to be ignored, and so is this one: the GPS underwear. I am not talking about a James Bond movie or conspiracy theory flicks, this is real folks.

In case you know that you live with your head in the clouds and get lost going to buy bread, or you live a dangerous life and your job requires that you get kidnapped at least twice a week, this is the perfect gift for you. Also it can be a gift from jealous boyfriends or girlfriends for their mates.

Me, I don’t know. I can’t even express an opinion about this contraption.

Navigon’s 1200 and 1212 GPS units offer some high-end features and up to 40 maps of European countries.

Navigon 1200 and Navigon 1210 are two new GPS devices that were just released on the market. Both of them hide under the hood standard specs: a 375MHz processor, a 3.5-inch touch screen, a microSD slot and 64MB RAM and high-end features: Lane Assistant Pro, Radar Info and Speed Assistant.

And that’s pretty much all they have in common. Now about their differences: the 1200 includes the maps of Switzerland, Austria and Germany while the 1210 will offer the maps of all 40 European countries.

The units will be available in stores anytime now with the following price tags: the Navigon 1200 – 129 Euros ($189) and the Navigon 1210 – 149 Euros ($218).
