LG P430 & P530 Blade Series Notebooks
The LG Blade series of notebooks is the company’s line of ultra-slim models and the first ones to be launched were the P210 and the P420. Today LG announced that they are offering two new models as part of the Blade series, the P430 and the P530. LG P430 is a 14 inch notebook that is 4.5mm thick, while the P530 is a 15.6 inch model that is just 4.7mm thick. These two models offers the Intel Sandy Bridge power but are 50% thinner than most other notebooks.
The specs vary quite a bit, depending on the price and needs. Processors vary from i3 to i5 and i7 models and as far as graphics go you can have an integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 or a dedicated GeForce GT520M. As for the hard drives, the choice is between a 750GB or a 320GB HDD. The specs that are common for all models are Bluetooth 3.0, battery with 6 cells, HDMI, DVD burner and the resolution of 1366×768. [Source: Akihabara]
