Zalman SSD-F1 SATA 6.0 Gbps SSD

The Zalman SSD-F1 is a SSD which runs at SATA 6.0 Gbps and it’s created for the Japanese market. The Zalman SSD-F1 comes in three variants, of 60GB, 120GB and 240GB. The SSD has 2.5 inches and it uses MLC NAND Flash for its memory chips. The interface is SATA 6.0 Gbps, the controller is SandForce SF-2281 and it has a MTBF of 1.2 million hours. This SSD is capable of reaching writing speeds of up to 530 MB/s and reading speeds of up to 560 MB/s.

The price for the three SSD’s is 11,980 Yen (~$150) for the 60GB model, 19,800 Yen (~$250) for the 120GB model and 39,980 Yen (~$510) for the 240GB version.
